Ignascio G. Camarena II is the managing attorney of the firm’s Santa Ana office and specializes in civil and criminal litigation, including construction, real estate, commercial, personal injury, product liability and civil rights. Experienced in all components of litigation, Mr. Camarena has successfully served as lead counsel on several court and jury trials and secured million dollar judgments and dismissals of fraud claims based solely on his motion work. Ignascio has also successfully prosecuted and defended Intellectual Property (“IP”) claims, including trademark, licensing, non-disclosure, and trade secret disputes, alongside related officer and employee fiduciary duty violations. Jessica Trudeau Ehsanian's areas of practice include complex litigation, construction defect, general liability, commercial litigation, IP litigation, and creditors’ rights issues. She started her career at the District Attorney's office before moving into private practice and eventually serving as Senior Counsel and Senior V.P. for a Bay Area commercial finance company. As Senior Counsel, she handled all aspects of the finance company’s litigation needs in State and Federal Court.
