Ignascio G. Camarena II is the managing partner of the firm’s Santa Ana office and Chair of the firm's Public Law Group. Mr. Camarena specializes in civil and criminal litigation, including construction, real estate, commercial, personal injury, product liability and civil rights. Experienced in all components of litigation, Mr. Camarena has successfully served as lead counsel on several court and jury trials and secured million dollar judgments and dismissals of fraud claims based solely on his motion work. Ignascio has also successfully prosecuted and defended Intellectual Property (“IP”) claims, including trademark, licensing, non-disclosure, and trade secret disputes, alongside related officer and employee fiduciary duty violations. He has represented various individuals and companies, including Circuit Fusion, Inc., Yodlee, Inc., Portal Software, Inc., North American Datacom, Inc., as well as Able Underground Construction, Inc. and SBV Concrete, Inc. As a result of his efforts and experience, Ignascio has secured judgments in excess of a million dollars in addition to the rights to various intellectual properties for clients. He is also adept at counseling clients on IP matters and drafting iron-clad IP protection plans and agreements as a prophylactic measure against litigation. A graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law and San Jose State University, Mr. Camarena is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in California, including the United States Court of International Trade, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
