Lisa A. Lenoci is managing partner of the firm's Palo Alto office and serves as the firm's Human Resources Director. Her legal career began in the area of public entity defense and representation. Her practice has evolved and currently includes complex construction defect actions, commercial and business litigation, real property litigation, bankruptcy and general liability. Ms. Lenoci also handles transactional matters, developing claims resolution protocols, providing risk management analyses and drafting and reviewing contracts. Ms. Lenoci has served as lead counsel or in a supervisory capacity on numerous matters, has handled over two hundred depositions, has successfully arbitrated and mediated numerous cases, and has tried cases to judgment or jury verdict in the California State Courts and United States Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Lenoci graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law and with distinction from Castleton State College in Vermont. A member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Lisa has been active in several professional and community associations, including the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum, Santa Clara County Pro Bono Project and Child Advocates of Silicon Valley. She is admitted to practice before the State Courts of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. Lisa works from the Palo Alto office.
