Lee focuses on all aspects of complex litigation including: construction defect; construction site accidents; commercial and business litigation; environmental contamination; general liability; public entity representation; and professional liability. He has tried more than 80 cases to verdict in State and Federal courts in California and Idaho and has been successful in arbitrating and mediating cases in all venues.
