Michael Ferrigno


Michael is a civil litigator with significant experience in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, fraud, eminent domain, real estate. Michael has been in practice for eight years. Prior to working with Dimalanta Clark, LLP, he worked for two boutique litigation firms in McLean, Virginia where he had a successful track record of representing individuals, corporations, and government entities in state and federal court. He has substantial experience in federal practice, bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, and bankruptcy appellate practice, including fraudulent transfer actions, 523 and 727 actions. Michael currently advises small businesses as outside counsel, including issues ranging from entity formation and contract negotiations to intellectual property.
